Wedding Coordination 

Final Planning Support

  • 2 detailed consultation meetings prior to your wedding

  • Review of all vendor contracts and finalized details

  • Guidance in creating wedding day timeline

Vendor Coordination

  • Confirmation of all vendors 2 weeks prior

  • Point of contact for all vendors on wedding day

  • Coordination of arrival times, setup, and transitions

Wedding Day Management

  • Up to 12 hours of on-site coordination

  • Consistent presence during your whole wedding day

  • Full management of timeline + event flow

  • Cueing of ceremony, entrances, and key moments

  • Announcing of key events (if applicable)

  • Execution of send off

Set Up/Take Down Execution

  • Executing full service set up/takedown including of all decor, signage and personal items

  • FInal touches with guest book, favors, etc.

  • Executing decor and styling expectations of the bride

** Excludes large decor/furniture set up of chairs, tables, arch, any other lounge or furniture items

Rehearsal Coordination

  • Two hours of rehearsal dinner coverage in order to: Practice ceremony processional, finalize night before details, etc
