Frequently Asked Questions About Evans Ever After Services
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I am based in the Treasure Valley of Idaho and love traveling for weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on location and will be discussed during the booking process. However, since I originate from Utah, I waive or provide discounted travel fees to Utah during the summer months.
When is the best time to book your planning services?
I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season. I take on a limited number of weddings to ensure each couple receives a high level of care. This time frame can also vary depending on which package you select.
What is your payment process?
I require a 25% non refundable retainer that is due 24 hours after your contract is signed. The remaining amount is due two weeks prior to your wedding date.
How is your Evans Ever After Wedding Binder personalized?
After our consultation call, I personalize and make each binder customized specifically for your wedding, including your timeline, vendor details, budget breakdown, decor layout, and overall flow of your day. The specifics of of your binders content will be decided during the consultation call.
When will I recieve my personalized binder?
If you select the Consultation package, you will receive a digital file of your binder 7-10 business days after the consultation. If you would like to receive a physical copy of your binder via mail, your binder will be shipped 14 business days after the consultation meeting.
My venue has a coordinator—do I still need one?
Yes. Venue coordinators focus on the venue itself—catering, space, and logistics related to their property.
As your coordinator, I focus entirely on you—managing your full timeline, vendors, details, and overall experience.
Do you offer customized packages?
Yes. I understand that every wedding is unique, and I’m happy to tailor my services to best fit your needs, priorities, and vision. These can be selected as their own package, or added onto an already established package.
