The Story Behind Evans Ever After
I’ve always been drawn to love stories—the kind you feel, not just see. Long before this business ever existed, I could spend hours watching wedding videos—the kind that make your heart melt over people you’ve never even met. I became completely captivated by the quiet, in-between moments… the deep breaths, the hand squeezes, and the way one day can hold so much meaning within a couple’s story.
02
Where it became personal
When it came time to plan my own wedding, that feeling only grew. I realized just how much care, intention, and behind-the-scenes support it takes to create a day that feels effortless.
Like most wedding days, not everything went exactly as planned—and in those moments, I realized two things. First, how naturally I stepped in to problem-solve and keep everything moving with ease. And second, how valuable it would have been to have someone there just for me—someone to carry the weight so I could stay fully present as a bride.
03
What led me here
That experience is what led me here. Not just as coordinator, but as someone who understands what that day truly holds.
Evans Ever After was built from a genuine love for love—and a desire to give couples a wedding day that feels calm, supported, and truly theirs.
Where it all comes together
04
My role isn’t just to plan—it’s to take care of the details you don’t see, anticipate what you didn’t know you needed, and create a space where you feel fully supported from beginning to end.
From timelines to the smallest details, I’ll be there to ensure everything flows with intention and ease—so you can stay present, soak it all in, and fully step into your ever after.

Inclusive by Design
Creating a space where couples feel truly seen and supported is at the heart of everything I do. As someone fluent in ASL and proudly Deaf-friendly, I’m deeply passionate about making weddings more inclusive and accessible.
Your wedding day should feel effortless for everyone involved—not just visually beautiful, but fully experienced and understood. Whether it’s clear communication, thoughtful coordination, or simply making sure no one feels left out, I approach every wedding with intention, care, and inclusivity in mind.
Where your Ever After begins

Because your wedding day isn’t just about how it looks—it’s about how it feels. And your ever after deserves to begin that way.
